Can I Get a Refund?
Yes, refunds are available under the following conditions:
1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund with no transaction fee. -
(b) After 12 Hours (Before Shipment):
You can still cancel your order, but a 10% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
2. Orders Not Received

(a) Package Not Delivered (Correct Address):
If your order hasn’t arrived after a reasonable period, please contact customer support. A refund will be processed after verification. -
(b) Missing Items from Multi-Item Order:
If some items are missing, a partial refund for the missing items will be issued after confirmation.
3. After Receiving the Order

(a) Damaged Product:
Please send photos of the damaged product to customer support. A refund will be issued after verification. -
(b) Defective Product:
Submit clear photos showing the defect. Once verified, a refund will be processed. -
(c) Change of Mind (Unused & Unopened):
If the product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging, you may request a return. Please submit photos for approval. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and a refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the product.
Refund Timeline
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment account within 24 hours.
