Return Policy
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
1. Cancellable Orders

(a) Within 12 Hours (Before Shipment):
Full refund with no transaction fee. -
(b) After 12 Hours (Before Shipment):
Cancellation is still possible, but a 10% transaction fee will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded.
2. Orders Not Received

(a) Package Not Delivered (Correct Address):
If your package hasn’t arrived after a reasonable period, please contact customer support. A refund will be issued upon verification. -
(b) Missing Items in Multi-Item Order:
If some items are missing, a partial refund will be provided for those items after confirmation by our support team.
3. Issues After Delivery

(a) Damaged Product:
Please provide photos. A refund will be processed after verification by our support team. -
(b) Defective Product:
Submit photos showing the issue. A refund will be processed upon confirmation. -
(c) Change of Mind (Unused & Unopened):
If the product and packaging are unused and in resalable condition, send photos for verification. A return/refund will be arranged upon approval.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 24 hours.
